Universal Health Services (Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital) seeks an Admissions Clinician RN to perform risk assessments and crisis interventions, coordinate referrals and intake, determine appropriate levels of care, and facilitate admissions. The role involves communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff to ensure smooth transitions.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with CPR certification, experience in psychiatric settings, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma RN license required.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Prior intake, assessment and crisis intervention experience with psychiatric population preferred.
• Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Complete a drug test and pass a national background check.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Intermittent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
