• Experience in intake/admissions and coordinating referrals.
• Strong data entry and records management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily census records and data integrity.
• Enter intake and admission data into hospital system.
• Handle intake calls and verify insurance benefits.
• Develop relationships with referral sources.
• Review clinicals, complete assessments and process inquiries.
