Troops Into Transportation is seeking an energetic Admissions Coordinator to serve the Camp Pendleton area, helping transitioning service members and families start civilian careers in transportation. You’ll be the first point of contact, turning interest into clear next steps and enrollment.

No prior admissions experience is required; energy, initiative, and a desire to grow are essential. You’ll work with Admissions Advisors to deliver a professional student experience and may advance based on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident telephone presence.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working with computers, web-based systems, and CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Dependable, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Military experience or affiliation welcomed, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students by phone, text, online, and in person — understand what they want to accomplish and help them take the next step.
• Follow up consistently, set appointments, and support prospective students as they move from initial interest toward enrollment.
• Work alongside our Admissions Advisors to deliver a professional, responsive student experience.
• Own the details — keep applications, documentation, appointments, and student information accurate and moving.
• Learn the business, produce results, and take on greater responsibility as you demonstrate what you can do.
