Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Admissions Liaison to coordinate an efficient admissions process for both inpatients and outpatients. You will validate referrals, assemble consent packets, and manage scheduling and admission in a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of hospital admissions experience, with preferred licensure and CPR/CRRN certifications, and an understanding of multidisciplinary care levels to support patient care continuity.

Qualifications

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
• Perform pre-certifications.
• Assemble Admissions consent packets.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute scheduling and admission.
• Input statistical data into hospital systems and contribute to referral processes.
