Work closely with patients, families and the clinical team to coordinate an efficient and compassionate admission process for both inpatients and outpatients. You will oversee referrals, validate information, manage scheduling, and facilitate admission, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
• Perform pre‑certifications.
• Assemble admission consent packets.
• Maintain an accurate listing of all patients in the hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information, and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission.
• Contribute to the referral process and input statistical data into hospital systems.

Qualifications

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.
