Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective families.
• Share pertinent information regarding the facility and Integritus Healthcare services as appropriate.
• Act as intermediary between liaisons and collect referral information (clinical and financial).
• Obtain clinical and financial approvals through facility leadership within 15–30 minutes and communicate status to the liaison.
• Coordinate with rehab, social work, nursing, dietary and other departments for admissions.
• Obtain clinical approval from nursing management prior to admission.
• Ensure payor source is clear prior to admission; coordinate with Business Office for follow-through.
• Complete admission paperwork with resident and/or family member.
• Ensure OBRA and PASAAR regulations are met prior to admission.
• Notify managers of new resident admissions and share completed face sheets for timely orientation.
• Coordinate customer satisfaction survey efforts with facility leadership and home office staff.
• Act as a champion for customer service within the facility.
• Help develop and maintain a yearly marketing plan based on facility needs.
• Support census maximization through internal marketing efforts.
• Engage in rounding for outcomes to assess unmet needs and recognize staff.
• Accept additional duties from the administrator to provide quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a check-and-balance system to identify potential process breakdowns.
