Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute is seeking a part-time Admissions Assistant/Receptionist for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm). You will support the Admissions Director with admitting new and returning residents and serve as the weekend receptionist, coordinating with residents, families, and care teams.

• Weekend availability is required for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Admissions Director with admission of new/returning residents into the facility on weekends.
• Fulfill weekend receptionist duties and greet residents, families, and visitors.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth admissions and patient flow.

Rate: $20-$22/hour
