Accountabilities
  • Provide professional administrative support to the admissions department, assisting students, faculty, and staff.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications via email and other channels, routing messages to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Review applicant documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring proper storage within student information systems.
  • Assist with retrieval, verification, and uploading of official transcripts and other supporting materials.
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and processing of admissions requests, letters, and notifications.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, providing updates and reminders as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency and departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree with at least 1 year of administrative experience, or 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office systems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
