Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility for admission.
• Processes applications for first-time freshmen, transfer, returning, and other applicant populations.
• Examines academic records, verifies credentials, calculates GPAs, and evaluates coursework.
• Reviews domestic and international credentials and third-party evaluations.
• Receives, verifies, codes, and processes applications, transcripts, and related admissions documents.
• Identifies missing information and discrepancies and takes action to ensure complete records.
• Enters and maintains applicant information in University systems including Ellucian Banner, Salesforce, and Common App.
• Ensures accuracy and confidentiality of student information.
• Reviews application records for compliance with admission requirements and policies.
• Processes admission decisions within authority and workflows; refers complex cases for review.
• Communicates with applicants and University departments regarding requirements and procedures.
• Provides clear, accurate information to support applicants through the admissions process.
• Collaborates with Admissions Recruitment and campus partners to resolve issues and support operations.
