Job summary

Meridian University seeks a relationship-driven admissions liaison to guide prospective postgraduate students through the admissions process. You will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help each candidate determine fit with Meridian’s transformative programs in psychology, education, and business.

You will manage a pipeline using Salesforce, conduct informational sessions, and collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth applicant journey from inquiry to submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Alignment with Meridian curriculum, mission and values.
• Experience giving individualized guidance toward meaningful decisions.
• Comfort in relational, one-on-one conversations with people facing big life choices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-management: reliable follow-through and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with prospective students through in-person, phone, and global channels.
• Lead live informational sessions explaining admissions pathways and next steps.
• Guide applicants through decisions with individualized attention and care.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline with consistent follow-up.
• Support applicants through forms, document submission, and admission requirements.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact throughout the application process.
• Maintain records and ensure process integrity using Salesforce and internal workflows.
• Collaborate across departments and take ownership of responsibilities.
