Job summary

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking an Admissions Advisor I to join our admissions team in a role focused on guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. You will build relationships, manage referrals, and ensure accurate data entry within our admissions CRM.

Qualifications

  • Education: An Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1+ years in customer service, sales, admissions, or a goal-centric environment preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Enrollment Success: meet campus enrollment objectives by engaging with prospective students.
  • Relationship Building: establish and maintain meaningful connections with prospective students.
  • Lead Generation: generate referrals through internal and external networks.
  • Data Management: input admissions and marketing data accurately and timely.
  • Compliance: follow institutional policies and state/federal regulations in all interactions.
  • CRM Proficiency: use the CRM to manage admissions activities and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Enrollment Success: Achieve individual and campus enrollment objectives by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process.

Your Qualifications

Salary

$45,000- $47,000 ($21.63- $22.59 per hour)

This position is eligible for overtime.

The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Bryant & Stratton College, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
