Responsibilities

• Admissions Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding admissions requirements, academic programs, financial aid options, and campus life.
• Student Outreach: Conduct outreach initiatives to engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, virtual presentations, and in-person events.
• Application Review: Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
• Retention Support: Collaborate with academic advisors and student support services to facilitate a smooth transition for admitted students.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students using the CRM system and generate reports.
• Events Coordination: Assist in planning admissions events such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
