The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. You will guide prospective students through the admissions process and align their career goals with CHCP's programs.

You\'ll collaborate with financial aid and campus management, conduct interviews and campus tours, and maintain compliant, reader-friendly communications while supporting student success.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding prospective students through admissions processes and programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students and families and explain outcomes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in admissions and student services.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective students.
• Schedule interviews, campus tours, and entrance assessments, and discuss financial aid resources.
• Evaluate career goals to align with CHCP programs and offerings.
• Explain healthcare programs, outcomes and student services to students and their networks.
• Collaborate with financial aid and campus management to optimize enrollment journeys.
• Maintain knowledge of enrollment cycles and institutional policies.
