Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), now part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an Admissions Advisor to engage prospective students through calls, conduct interviews, campus tours, and enrollment appointments in English and Spanish.

You will present program information, guide applicants through admissions and financial aid, participate in recruitment events, and maintain follow-up to support enrollment and student success. Fluent in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required.
  • 0–1 year of admissions, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience.

  • Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.

  • Present program information, career opportunities, and student support services.
