Job summary

American Career College is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through the path to a healthcare career. You will be the first point of contact and support applicants through the application and enrollment process.

You will build relationships with prospective students via phone and email, advise on suitable programs, and uphold the college’s commitment to caring for students. Experience in marketing or customer-facing roles is a plus, as is proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience in marketing or related environment preferred.
• Experience with data entry and multi-line phone aptitude.
• Experience with reception and telephone techniques.
