Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to manage client applications and intake into the program. You will review applications, conduct follow-up calls, and ensure all data is accurately uploaded into the EMR upon arrival.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain strict confidentiality, and adhere to safety protocols. Occasional campus meetings are required as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Education.
• Must have essential computer skills and ability to navigate and use the company EMR.
• Must be able to pass drug, nicotine, and alcohol tests.
• Strong phone communication skills, with compassionate and professional conversation in sensitive, Christ-centered context while maintaining confidentiality.
• Hold/Receive required certifications within the timeframe established by State of Arkansas and Adult & Teen Challenge of Arkansas.
• Complete trainings and pass written examination required for certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees client applications and admissions checklist into the program.
• Ensure that all client applications are thoroughly reviewed and respond within 24 hours.
• Conducts follow up phone interviews with client applicants and referral sources.
• Upload all appropriate information about the client to the EMR upon arrival including contact details.
• Participates in Agency-wide training programs/in-services.
• Familiar with the company’s policies, procedures and safety guidelines for the facility.
• Ensures confidentiality of client and employee information and responds to information according to policy.
• Assists in overcoming barriers to admission of clients.
• Makes referrals and serves as liaison with other agencies.
• Present new client intakes to interdisciplinary team.
• Occasional meetings at ATCAR campus as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
