Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate with an Associate’s degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with NH license or compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care clinical experience; cardiac telemetry experience.
• Understanding of patient transport – unit to unit and admission protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission processes with inpatient providers, ED staff, and inpatient floors to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensure efficient admission flow for patients originating in the ED or from the community.
• Deliver nursing care using a patient-centered approach within the Professional Practice Model.
