Qualifications

  • BSN or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum four years supervisory/management experience; five years preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of state, federal, and accrediting body regulations (AAAHC standards).
  • Experience in budgeting, personnel management, and strategic planning within healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain physician and stakeholder relationships.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education related to healthcare administration.
  • Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for personal and team advancement.

  • The Administrator Surgery Center oversees daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional patient care within a multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center.
  • Lead a respected group of doctors in a state-of-the-art facility featuring six operating rooms and advanced medical technology.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve clinical, financial, and operational excellence while fostering strong physician relationships.
  • Coordinate administrative, clinical, and business office operations to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, financial controls, and reporting to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Implement effective physician recruitment and marketing programs to drive case volume growth and strengthen partnerships.
