You will be a critical contributor to the high‑quality execution of Professional Development’s (PD) core people processes, supporting colleague development across offices, practices, and paths. You will play a critical role in ensuring high‑quality, consistent, and scalable PD processes across North America. You will work closely with PD and other firm functions colleagues. You will develop strong judgment, operational expertise, and the ability to navigate complexity—while building the foundation for expanded scope and impact over time.
