YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Support review and evaluation processes, including preparation, execution, and close‑out of semi‑annual and interim review cycles, in close collaboration with PD leadership


• Manage and maintain PD data and trackers, ensuring data integrity across systems used for decision‑making and reporting


• Produce clear, well‑structured work products (e.g., Excel trackers, PowerPoint materials, written summaries) that enable efficient decision‑making


• Identify issues, risks, or inconsistencies, flagging them early and proposing practical solutions


• Willingness and ability to maintain regular in‑office presence to support collaboration and apprenticeship
