A Bachelor's degree is required, along with 5 years of leadership experience in physician practice management. A Master's degree is preferred. This is a key leadership position at the main Fox Chase campus and associated sites.
The Practice Administrator provides administrative and strategic support to the Chair of the Applicable Department, Departmental Physicians, and Advanced Practice Clinicians in their respective practice areas. The Practice Administrator serves in a leadership role collaboratively and independently for programmatic planning and operations on the main Fox Chase campus and extramural sites, where applicable. The Practice Administrator serves as a key conduit for operational improvements, both focused on customer service and revenue cycle compliance. The Practice Administrator is responsible for Departmental faculty practice plan performance assessment and budgets. The Practice Administrator collaborates with VP, Physician Practice on Corporation-wide productivity assessments and business development opportunities, including off-site infusion expansion.
Bachelor's Degree Required.
Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration Preferred.
5 years of experience in progressively responsible leadership role in physician practice management at an academic health sciences center Required.
