MUSC Health in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing care across the hospital. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and solid judgment to coordinate teams and maintain high standards of patient care.

MSN with minimum of 6 months supervisory experience or BSN/Diploma with 2 years nursing experience and minimum of 6 months supervisory experience, or ADN with 2 years nursing experience with 1 year supervisory experience required. Supervisory experience may be obtained through coursework in supervision/management or actual work experience.
Current SC RN license in good standing required. BLS & ACLS certification required.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience. Work Experience: 6 years progressive work experience and 1 years management experience. State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
