Job Description

Minimum Training and Education

Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations

Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA‑recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
