Job summary

Symphony of Linden is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of the facility, in partnership with Sr. Leadership, overseeing census, staffing, and budget management.

You will coach site leaders, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, manage recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate surveys to maintain quality care and a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (required).
• 2 years Administrator experience in an LTC/SNF setting (required).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily operations meet federal and state guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure all team members remain compliant with applicable legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement guidelines and standards.
• Manage and ensure budgetary compliance.
• Partner with leaders on recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of team members, and corrective action process.
• Round with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure the facility is operating safely and welcoming for residents and families.
• Oversee in partnership with site leaders the federal surveys process.

Title:

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator LNHA

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator leads the operations of the facility. In partnership with the Sr. Leadership team the LNHA is responsible for managing the daily census, staffing, and budget management. Oversee the site-based leadership team with onboarding new team members and all retention efforts. Ensures the facility meets all regulatory and compliance measure in accordance with state guidelines.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure all daily operations meet federal and state guidelines and regulations
• Ensures all team members remain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement guidelines and standards.
• Manage and ensure budgetary compliance
• Partners with leaders on recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of team members, and corrective action process
