Pavilion Management Company is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in Dayton, Ohio. This full-time role focuses on operations, compliance, census growth, and culture, delivering exceptional resident care in a confidential setting.

You will oversee regulatory adherence, strategic planning, QAPI initiatives, occupancy management, and fiscal performance, partnering with nursing and finance leaders to sustain a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and long-term care operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive results.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

• Overall facility operations in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Strategic planning and execution of programs aligned with governing body guidelines

• Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives

• Census growth, occupancy management, and fiscal performance

• Survey readiness, customer satisfaction, and clinical collaboration
  

KEY IMPACT AREAS

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators alongside the Director of Nursing and department leaders

• Analyze outcomes and implement corrective actions, education, or process improvements

• Partner with the Business Office Manager to ensure financial stability and accountability

• Lead structured leadership meetings focused on priorities, performance, and solutions

• Serve as the public and professional spokesperson for the facility

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with residents, families, and staff
