Job summary

Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center in Fredericksburg, VA, invites aspiring healthcare leaders to join as Administrator in Training. You will work with an experienced administrator to learn center operations, resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial management while developing leadership skills.

You will read reports, support daily operations, and help deliver high-quality patient and family experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Management or related field is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn healthcare software.
• Willingness to travel to the Fredericksburg and Richmond area as needed.
• Ability to relocate if needed to pursue the AIT program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily center operations under an experienced administrator.
• Learn regulatory compliance and financial management practices.
• Develop leadership skills, including delegation, hiring, and performance management.
