Qualifications

  • Must hold NC LNHA license issued by NC Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited institution (online degrees acceptable).
  • At least one year of full-time nursing home administrator experience or completion of Board-approved AIT program.
  • Demonstrated good moral character and genuine interest in resident well-being.
  • Must be in good physical and mental health to perform duties effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage complex healthcare operations.
  • Relocation willingness required to take the role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and caring environment for residents and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including NC Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health.
  • Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between the facility, residents' families, and the community to promote the center's mission.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team at Five Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, ensuring compliance with North Carolina state regulations and delivering the highest quality of care to our residents.

M-F, 9a-5p, Day shift

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and caring environment for residents and staff.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the North Carolina Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
  3. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health.
  4. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  6. Community Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the facility, residents' families, and the broader community to promote the facility's mission and services.
Qualifications:
  1. Licensure: Must hold a current and valid Nursing Home Administrator license issued by the North Carolina Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
  2. Education: Candidates must hold a four-year degree from an accredited, traditional institution or Advanced degrees completed online.
  3. Experience: At least one year of full-time experience as a nursing home administrator or completion of a Board-approved Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program.
  4. Character: Demonstrated good moral character and a genuine interest in the well-being of nursing home residents.
  5. Health: Must be in good physical and mental health to perform the duties of the position effectively.
  6. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex operations in a healthcare setting.
  7. Relocation: Candidates must agree to being relocatable.
