Job description

Chamberlain Group (CG) is a global leader in intelligent access and Blackstone portfolio company. Powered by our myQ technology, we make access simple and secure for millions of homeowners, businesses, and communities worldwide. Our flagship brands, LiftMaster® and Chamberlain® , are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ® app daily.

Support pipeline growth by conducting consistent outbound outreach, following assigned cadences, and responding quickly to inbound inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels. Conduct initial discovery with customers to understand their needs, qualify basic opportunities, and route or advance leads according to established guidelines. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM by logging activities, updating account details, and ensuring clean data entry across assigned accounts. Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and product recommendations under established pricing guidelines, ensuring accuracy in product, pricing, and service details. Meet assigned sales activity targets, contribution KPIs, and follow‑up expectations to support team revenue goals and maintain predictable pipeline flow. Support solution selling by sharing LiftMaster product information, identifying relevant portfolio offerings, and reinforcing value propositions during customer interactions. Learn and apply foundational CAS and PAS product knowledge to explain core features and benefits, escalating complex technical questions to senior team members when appropriate. Collaborate with field teams, inside sales peers, and cross‑functional groups by sharing customer insights, coordinating information, and supporting account activities. Assist in executing sales campaigns by sending assigned outreach messages, tracking engagement, and sharing feedback to help refine campaign performance. Help prepare presentations or materials for dealer, integrator, or customer meetings, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with team messaging. Review dashboards and existing reports to provide updates on assigned metrics—such as call activity, lead status, pipeline movement, and campaign engagement—to support broader forecasting efforts. Prioritize daily activities, assigned accounts, and follow-ups to ensure timely customer engagement and support territory productivity. Build positive relationships with customers by demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions‑oriented approach during every interaction. Participate in ongoing training, product updates, and team development activities to strengthen technical knowledge, communication skills, and sales effectiveness.

The pay range for this position is $26.83 - $44.21/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
