Job summary

Provide CIC, a community interest company, is seeking an administrator to support the Community Cardiac Service for patients on the caseload to manage their condition at home. The role includes producing an inventory of equipment and organising distribution to the clinics.

Project data must be collated promptly, and the role will support information gathering for other digital projects. A professional, well-organised approach and secure handling of information are essential.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in administrative duties with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and competent use of SystmOne.
  • Plan and organise own work schedule with planning aids, demonstrating good time management and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • To ensure that secure systems are in place for the storage of all resources including computerised information.
  • To ensure all phone calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
