Now Hiring a seasoned administrator with experience in HR, payroll, Joint Commission or CARF accreditation and developing/implementing processes. Experience in residential care, SUD or psych is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Provide complete executive leadership to facility – daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting, etc.
• Address all staffing needs – hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. – to maintain smooth HR function.
• Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management.
• Oversee all aspects of admissions and discharge process.
• Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments.
• Maintain professional relationships with all external business contacts.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred.
• Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
