Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Administrator for a small skilled nursing facility located in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.

The role requires a current Wisconsin Administrator license and prior LNHA experience to lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and support quality of care. The successful candidate will develop and implement departmental policies, foster collaboration across departments, and communicate effectively with staff and regulators to uphold high standards of service in long-term care
