Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead our Home Health and Hospice programs. This leadership role oversees operations, regulatory compliance, and financial performance, ensuring exceptional patient care while building high-performing clinical teams.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license (preferred), a Bachelor's degree, and at least three years of leadership in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in Home Health, Hospice, or post-acute care.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, reimbursement, and accreditation standards.
• Strong financial management, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Home Health and Hospice services.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, ACHC, and payer regulations.
• Lead quality improvement (QAPI) initiatives and monitor agency performance metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, census growth, and strategic planning.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain clinical and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers, Medical Directors, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and community partners.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, quality measures, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and efficient workflow to meet patient needs.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, compassion, and continuous improvement.
