Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the overall operations of the home health care program.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency regulations.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and retention efforts.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Coordinate with clients, families, referral sources, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Review incident reports and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of required reports.
  • Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives to support agency growth.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Health Care Program Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our home health care program. The Administrator will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain high-quality client services, supervise staff, and support the agency's mission of providing exceptional care to individuals in their homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
