Job summary

Carebase is seeking an Administrator for our residential care home at Honey Lane. You will manage administrative systems, assist with KPI reporting, and help with payroll and HR tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations and a strong focus on residents’ wellbeing.

The role offers full-time weekdays with 9am–5pm shifts. We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team, and opportunities for career development within a caring environment.

About The Role

As our Administrator for our residential care home you will manage administrative systems and processes to help our Care Home Manager run services. You will also help with the maintenance and preparation of KPI reports. You’ll ensure that the various departments in the care home run efficiently on a daily basis and any unexpected circumstances are resolved swiftly. Please note this role offers a mix of administration and front line care for people we support

• You'll take responsibility to maintain staff files
• MS Office skills needed
• You'll be required to process payroll and HR information
• You'll carry out pre employment checks
