Prairie Ridge Healthcare Recruiting is seeking an experienced Facility Administrator (LNHA) for a skilled nursing and long-term care organization in South-Central Minnesota. This full-time role leads daily operations, compliance, quality, engagement, and census management.

The Administrator will drive performance, assure survey readiness, and build a high-performing team while maintaining high standards of care and patient-family satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care or healthcare.
  • Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement.
  • Strong leadership, financial, operational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality-improvement initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and hold department leaders accountable.

  • Monitor staffing, labor, census, expenses, and facility performance.

Prairie Ridge Healthcare Recruiting is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Facility Administrator (LNHA) on behalf of an established skilled nursing and long-term care organization in South-Central Minnesota.

The Administrator will provide overall leadership for daily operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, employee engagement, financial performance, census development, and resident and family satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a visible, hands-on leader who can build a strong team, promote accountability, and maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations
