The ideal candidate will focus on improving operational performance, increasing revenue, strengthening referral relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, families, and caregivers.

What You Will Do

• Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies and programs to increase client census, revenue, and market share.
• Improve Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows, improve scheduling and caregiver utilization, reduce overtime, and strengthen operating margins.
• Lead and Develop Teams: Manage, coach, and hold office staff, care coordination personnel, and business development team members accountable for results.
• Expand Referral Networks: Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, senior living communities, elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and other referral partners.
• Strengthen Client Retention: Improve client satisfaction, service consistency, communication, and retention.
• Monitor Performance: Establish measurable goals, review key performance indicators, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable Texas regulations, company policies, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
