Working under senior level staff, maintain and administer computer software systems on assigned projects for varying clients. Remotely administer computer systems to support client business activities, ensuring continued and efficient function. Migration of data from old systems to new systems. Perform upgrades and security maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise. Document developed systems such that they can be understood by others.
