Job summary

GTS Technology Solutions, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Systems Engineer, Technical Sales Specialist to design and present enterprise datacenter solutions including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, security, and software. You will work closely with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver solutions that solve complex business challenges.

The role involves partnering with the sales team in the pre-sales process, delivering technical demonstrations, and creating BOMs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of experience designing enterprise datacenter infrastructure and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, operating systems, and enterprise software.
• Experience presenting technical solutions in customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
