This is the second of five levels in the Administrative Support series.
Incumbents provide routine, and some non-routine clerical support to a department or function. Responsibilities may include collecting and reviewing data; calculating non-routine payments; making travel arrangements; reviewing and reconciling travel expenses; updating and maintaining records and data; creating documents and correspondence; and performing the duties of the lower level.

This position does not require supervisory responsibilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), two years of customer service or office experience and specialized departmental knowledge or training; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Valid Driver's License as per State law or requirement
