Responsibilities

• Price parts accurately using established pricing guidelines.
• Apply labor charges to customer orders and work orders.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and order documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Coordinate and prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling.
• Process shipping paperwork and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Receive incoming products and verify quantities against documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding order status, pricing, and inventory availability.
