Administrative Support Specialist
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Naperville, IL 60563
Contract role

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to work onsite in Naperville, IL. This individual will be responsible for various administrative tasks and must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties including document preparation, email correspondence, and data entry
  • Utilize Excel for spreadsheets, reporting, and data tracking
  • Manage and organize email communication via Outlook
  • Draft, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word
  • Provide general office support and assist with project coordination as needed

Requirements:

  • Drug and Background screening
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
