Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support a Section Chief or VP. This role handles scheduling, travel coordination, event planning, and routine correspondence.

You will prepare reimbursements, create spreadsheets and presentations, and assist with training. A High School diploma and at least 3 years of admin experience are preferred; ambassador program completion within 12 months is required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; business-related coursework preferred.
  • Three years administrative experience preferred; healthcare environment may be desired.
  • Ambassador Program completion within first 12 months of employment.
