Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to provide direct administrative and logistical support to our Public Affairs Team. This position plays a key role in handling day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of work, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.


What You'll Do:



  • Support daily administrative needs of the Public Affairs Team

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, logistics, catering, and technology needs

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials

  • Assist with special projects, firm events, and strategic initiatives

  • Process expense reports and invoices
