SELECTIVE FACTOR: This position requires a special qualification that has been determined to be essential to perform the duties and will be used as a screen-out element. You must have a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute. You must self-certify your ability to type 40 words per minute during the application process. Local knowledge of the resources and the typical conditions that affect the work to be accomplished will be applied in the performance of duties.
