Job summary

State of Missouri in Jefferson City is seeking an organized professional to join the Section of Adult Protective Services. The role supports intake interviews, data entry, and cross-functional collaboration to help keep elderly and disabled Missourians safe and healthy.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, with a focus on exemplary customer service in a call-center style environment. Salary is base pay; some pay differentials may apply.

Job Location: This position will be located at 912 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109/Cole County.

The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
