Job summary

State of Missouri seeks an individual committed to protecting elderly and disabled Missourians. You will provide direct support to the Section of Adult Protective Services and collaborate with a dynamic team helping individuals remain safely in their communities.

The salary shown represents a base pay rate; pay differentials will be added to total compensation as applicable. You will perform administrative functions, manage expenditures, inventory, interviewing, data entry, and documentation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience. Substitutions may be allowed.
• Successful candidates must work independently, anticipate priorities, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and team members with administrative functions; lead office operations.
• Complete and review expenditures and various financial reports.
• Manage inventory and equipment.
• Answer and lead phone interviews to gather pertinent information.
• Review, monitor, and complete data entry in various IT systems.
• Work collaboratively within an inter-disciplinary team.
• Provide objective and accurate documentation.
• Represent the agency with exemplary customer service.
