JOB PURPOSE:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of confidential and complex secretarial/administrative duties. This position ensures that accurate information on the youth being detained and is obtained from the security staff in order to maintain the flow of youth through the Juvenile Justice system.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures youth transfer sheets are completed with attached labeled envelopes, education transcript, medical examination, Form 5, court order, medical necessities and psychiatric information.STATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
