The position provides administrative and program development support to the Assistant Director for Staff Acquisition and the Employment Services Section Chief and the 5 Program Specialists. Responsibilities are based on the needs of the section and will vary throughout the year. The Administrative Specialist II will provide assistance and support with organizing and planning various projects and initiatives. Project needs will dictate tasks and will generally include data management and analysis, as well as creation of products such as newsletters, forms, spreadsheets, training manuals, brochures, and fact sheets for internal and external customers as requested by Program Specialists. This position will manage logistical coordination and planning for presentations and will serve as producer when requested. 60% Program Development Assistance 20% Administrative/Program Office Support 20% Customer Service Knowledge

Salary Grade Range $41,206 - $72,113
Recruitment Range $41,206 - $56,000
Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours.
Position is funded in part through federal funds.
