This role is responsible for assisting with claim intake and assignment, maintaining accurate claim records, processing incoming correspondence, and supporting internal and external customers throughout the claims process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Review and accurately assign reported claims to the appropriate claims adjuster under established guidelines and supervision.
• Receive, gather, and promptly transmit loss information from insureds, claimants, internal team members, and other stakeholders through the claims reporting system.
• Maintain accurate and complete claim documentation within company systems throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Process incoming Claims Reporting Services (CRS) mail, including scanned mail from the mailroom and correspondence received through paperless email accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry while adhering to company procedures and compliance requirements.
