  • Organize and track attendance for trainings and professional development sessions.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaign coordination.

Administrative Specialist

We are looking for an Administrative Specialist who is organized, proactive, and ready to play an important role in supporting the daily operations of a growing healthcare organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordinating projects, solving problems, and supporting teams in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.

Position Details
  • Full-Time
  • In-Office Position – Grand Forks, ND
  • Travel Required for New Office Setup & Support
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate projects and track deadlines across departments
  • Support administration, providers, and facility leadership teams
  • Manage provider timecards and assist with payroll-related tracking
  • Organize and track attendance for trainings and professional development sessions
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaign coordination
  • Collect, organize, and maintain important organizational data and documents
  • Help facilitate meetings, trainings, and special projects
  • Provide backup administrative support as neededTravel to new office locations to assist with setup and operational readiness
  • Maintain confidentiality and support organizational compliance standards
