Tennessee Tech is seeking a staff member to manage the day-to-day operations of the University Housing and Residential Life front offices. The role includes supervising 1-2 student workers, handling department phone and email inquiries, greeting visitors and tour groups, and supporting website tasks.

Office supply management: track inventory, order supplies and keep supply areas organized.

Typical hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with an hour for lunch.
General knowledge of Banner and Star-Rez programs. Supervisory Experience.
Salary:
Level S2, Grade 4.

High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of related general office experience. Customer service experience with a positive attitude. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students, parents, and the general public. Basic computer knowledge and experience with various office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work with a diverse population; handling a variety of questions and concerns. Must possess good organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.
